Owner/Director Matt Dalzell comes from a highly unique background with an outlandishly broad skill-set ranging from artist to branding to design, web design, web development and a previous career as a professional athlete playing rugby for Canterbury and in Japan. 

Moving on as digital manager for a leading Christchurch agency with 26 staff, over the last five years Matt Dalzell grew his team from two to nine members, in the process delivering enviable results to clients and winning multiple awards. With the arrival of Mondo he’s now putting his all-round skill-set to even greater use – providing considerable web expertise and digital artistry in a clear and concise manner.

Throughout the last decade, Nadene has worked for some of the South Island’s largest and most progressive design and advertising agencies. Managing accounts and running projects across a huge range of industries has led her to forge a wide-ranging network of high-end industry professionals. Her rare combination of creative and organisational skills coupled with her marketing vision and project management skills ensure her clients are getting the highest level of details-focused service no matter the size or scope of the task.
